Offsite, my coworker camaraderie has manifested a lot in many ways. In the community, I volunteer at our local county fair, the Delaware County Fair. I announce as the tractor and truck activities. I volunteer at our local railroad. I also volunteer on our community events that Mallinckrodt does. So we sponsor several events at our local fire departments and schools and I partake in those. It's nice to have that impact in the community and know people.

I think Mallinckrodt is important to the community because it is one of the biggest employers in the area, in the county. And we do a lot for different organizations within the community. For instance, the Humane Society, the local food pantries, the Salvation Army. So we really, the employees of Mallinckrodt, really try to engage with the community.

Mallinckrodt for the community, we've done... They're usually in our locker rooms, they have drums at the end and we actually have teams, like packaging team, blending, tableting. They had a school one for supplies, backpacks. Anything they do, I participate in it. We did a food drive, packaging won.
